Could you or a loved one use a little extra help in your day-to-day activities? Feeling overwhelmed by taking care of someone? Nurse Jane is here to explain how personal care or private duty can help you or a loved one. Watch the video or you can follow below.
Hi. I’m nurse Jane with Active Home Health, Hospice and Personal Care. I was just speaking with my friend Rebecca, who is the primary caregiver to her father. Here at Active, we understand how hard it can be to see those you care about require more help and assistance and not be able to help them yourself. Our personal care program is the missing piece to help your loved one thrive.
Some of the services that Active Personal Care can provide, include meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, running errands, grocery shopping, and getting to appointments. We help with activities like bathing and dressing, or even medication management and vital checks done by a registered nurse, like myself. Our personal care program also offers companionship care, safety supervision, and respite care.
Our flexible scheduling is designed to help you with what you need, when you need it. Our personal care aides are available mornings, mid-day, evenings, weekdays, or weekends. We are available for long term, short term, or more temporary care as well.
Now that you know more about our personal care program, call us today at Active Home Health, Hospice and Personal Care to set up a free in-home consultation and customized care plan, and let us provide active support for your personal needs.
