Active Home Health were so AWESOME!! The entire team and staff of Nurses, Oncall Nurses, Chaplain and others that cared for my wife during her final time in mortality, were so responsive, caring, and so warm, kind and friendly.
During our most trying time, it felt like they were part of the family.
I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone needing their services.
They are not lip service but really did and do go the extra mile for their patients and family members.
For many months after they kept in contact and never pushed for any reviews, but just kept on being kind and remembering our family. I’m only now able to, on my own time with no asking or covering by them, able to give my review of this AWESOME HOME HEALTH CARE SERVICE!

Jasmine, Hillary and Zach and the rest of the team, have been a wonderful and beneficial help with my father. They're providing home health care at this point, and are very patient with my father and his daily challenges. Active HH&H was highly recommended to me by a friend; now I would like to also recommend them highly.  They provided incredible, compassionate support not only for the patient but were also very caring toward me, the caregiver. They were responsive to any questions  or concerns I had and worked collaboratively with me and the assisted living place were my loved one was staying to provide the best care from pain management to all of his other personal needs.  Their team provided comprehensive services that were al very welcome.
