Active Home Health, Hospice & Personal Care was created with the goal of improving the standard of patient care in the home setting and actively serving those we care for in their journey through life. The ownership consists of local registered nurses and healthcare administrators that recognized a need in the community and wanted to make a positive impact on patient care. Although there are many home health, hospice and personal care companies in Utah, we wanted to raise the bar through:

Active’s Purple Tuesday
At Active Home Health, Hospice & Personal Care, we dedicate every Tuesday as “Purple Tuesday” to increase awareness of and education on Alzheimer’s Disease and other dementias. Not only do we wear purple every Tuesday, but we also help spread the word through statistics, tips, and even local competitions. Join us by wearing purple every Tuesday and by following us on social media to learn how you can help. Separate we might be few, but together, anything is possible!
